Prices

All prices quoted are excluded of value added tax and packaging and free from our warehouse in Nynäshamn. Prices are quoted for each item. Direktronik reserves itself for any and temporary errors in web prices.

We do not generally target private consumers, so we only accept prepayment with cards from any interested private consumer.

Shipment

EXW Direktronik AB, Nynäshamn according to Incoterms 2000, ie delivery is free of charge from our warehouse. All shipments are at the buyer's own risk. Normally all items are stocked, but we reserve the right to partial delivery according to practice.

Shipping and packing

Charging is done according to the tariff set at each time.

Payment

Sales to companies take place, after special credit testing, against invoices with payment 10 or 15 days after the invoice date. Government agencies, listed companies and loyal customers may receive longer credit periods. In case of an unapproved credit check, card payment or prepayment applies as agreed. Sales to a private consumer is done available by card payment. We reserve the right to change payment terms without prior notice.

Delay rate and reminder fee

Chareges is made from the due date according to the Interest Act. Reminder fee is charged with SEK 50.

Integrity policy

We take your personal information seriously and will only use personal information to administer your account and provide products and services. We would like to offer you information about our products, news that we think you are interested in and can benefit from.

How do we use your data?

To process orders, manage your account, personalize to increase your benefits of our web, send uesful information about our offers, products, news and interesting solutions.

We will not share your information with other parties for marketing purposes.

Dimensions and technical data

All data regarding dimensions and technical data in the product catalog and other published by us is approximate. Such information is binding only if agreements explicitly refer to them.

On sight order

On sight orders can be arranged. However, the buyer must pay the test cost for returned goods, in cases where testing is included in the delivery.

Special goods

Orders regarding goods that are not normally included in our product range and/or manufactured to the buyer's specification cannot be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, the full value of the goods and the trading profit are charged.

Complaints and returns

Complaints must be made within 14 days of receiving goods. Return of the item must be made with paid shipping, but only after our approval and upon receipt of return number RMA.

Returned goods must be clearly marked with our return number (RMA). The return number obtained is valid for 14 days. If returns are sent after this period, credits are deducted. Goods must be in undamaged condition in original packaging and well packaged with other outer packaging.

Warranty

If the delivered item does not corresponds to specified specifications or is manufactured defect, we guarantee that within 12 months after the purchase, at your choice, either credit, exchange, repair or rework the product. We are not responsible for any damage that may result from defects in the product.

Ownership reservation 

We reserve ownership of the delivered goods until the goods have been paid in full.

Fource majeure

Vid leveransförseningar beroende på omständigheter utanför vår kontroll fritar vi oss från skadeståndsskyldighet. Vi ansvarar ej heller för köparens avtal med tredje part vad avser skyldigheter vid leveransförseningar, felleveranser, fabrikationsfel e.d.


In case of delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, we exempt ourselves from liability of damages. We are also not responsible for the buyer's agreement with third parties regarding obligations for delivery delays, fault deliveries, manufacturing defects etc.
